Friday Favorites - Episode IV (Trigger Warning: Sexism and Piano Music)

I know you've been waiting all week. Here it is. The best stuff I found on the interwebs this week! Enjoy these links to awesome stuff while roasting wieners or watching fireworks or whatever it is you'll be doing this weekend.

The Conservative Case For Trigger Warnings. Trigger warning: Mytheos Holt hits on everything from racism to clickbait in this one. Take a deep breath, suck it up, and give this one a read. Spoiler Alert: There is no conservative case for trigger warnings.

Men Face More Sexism and Discrimination Than Women. Ryan Carillo touches on just a few of the male issues routinely dismissed because there are "more important" issues to tackle... like issues only affecting women, proving that women don't have a corner on the discrimination market. Life isn't fair. It isn't fair for anyone.

Homeless Man Blows Us Away With His Moving Piano Performance. Kimberly Yam from the Huffington Post shares the story of a homeless man playing Styx's "Come Sail Away" on a street piano in Sarasota Florida. Watch it. This video proves that there may be a beautiful soul hiding in even the most unbecoming places, and that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, no matter there social position.
